The
KnightMare Chess Club is Central Ohio’s premier scholastic chess
club for weekly chess lessons and open scholastic chess play.
|

The
KnightMare Chess Club offers a combination of educational and
social activities. It
is a place to meet, practice, learn, teach and develop lasting
friendships. Chess
provides the opportunity for intellectually exciting activity in a
supportive, casual environment.

The KnightMare Chess Club offers a mentally stimulating
alternative to the rigors of scholastic athletics and the
isolation of video games and Internet Web surfing.
|
|
|
Chess Learning Center students learn, study and practice in a
non-threatening yet challenging environment where discipline,
fair play, personal integrity and good sportsmanship are taught as
essential elements of the game.

Open chess play is
available Sunday afternoons from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM.
Students need not stay for the entire two hours. The KnightMare Chess Club
Open Play is a non profit organization.

KnightMare Chess Club Group Lessons |
| |
|
|
|
KnightMare members
meet weekly for twelve (12) group lessons with a maximum of twenty
(24) students per session. Many lesson examples are taken
from club member’s actual tournament-played games in addition to
copyrighted handouts and exercises from the
Chess
Learn Workbook. Tournament,
e-mail and telephone support included with membership.
